1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a hayride with Christmas Hayride, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from booking a hayride with us.
2. Booking and Ticketing
- 1 Booking Process: To secure your seat on the hayride, visit our website and follow the designated booking process. Only online reservations will be accepted.
- 2 Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time of the hayride.
3. Payments and Refunds
- 1 Payment Methods: We accept payments through authorized payment gateways. All transactions are secured.
- 2 Refund Policy: In the event of inclement weather preventing the hayride, we offer a full refund or the option to reschedule. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
- 3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by customers at least 48 hours before the hayride are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the hayride are non-refundable.
4. Safety and Conduct
- 1 Safety Measures: All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by our staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the hayride without a refund.
- 2 Physical Condition: Participants with pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or disabilities should consult with a healthcare professional before booking the hayride.
5. Private Hayrides and Special Events
- 1 Booking Private Hayrides: To book a private hayride for a special event, contact our team in advance to discuss availability, pricing, and any specific requirements.
- 2 Group Events: Special pricing and packages are available for group events. Contact us for more information and to tailor a package suitable for your group.
6. Modification of Terms
Christmas Hayride reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
